Tumis bumbu halus sampai harum, masukkan terong&lt;br /&gt;2. Masukkan sedikit air supaya bumbu meresap pada terong&lt;br /&gt;3. Setelah air berkurang matikan api&lt;br /&gt;4. Jangan buang air perebusnya&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;3. tumbuk nangka muda tapi jangan terlalu halus, atau suwar-suwir&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;4. campur nangka muda dan udang, aduk rata dan sisihkan&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;5. panaskan 2 sdm minyak, tumis bumbu hlus hingga harum&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;6. masukkan campuran nangka muda dan air rebusan udang. Masak dengan api kecil smbil diaduk hingga kering&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;7. panaskan minyak, goreng adonan nangka muda hingga kering. Angkat dan tiriskan&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;8. pres atau peras hingga minyaknya tiris. Pisahkan abon dengan garpu agar tidak menggumpal. Kocok gula + telor sampai putih&lt;br /&gt;2. Masukkan terigu dan tape kemudian kocok dengan speed rendah asal bahan tercampur&lt;br /&gt;3. Masukkan mentega cair.Aduk&lt;br /&gt;4. style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;50 gr mentega&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;1 kuning telur&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;100 gr keju edam/parmesan, parut halus&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;150 gr gula halus&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;50 ml santan kental (aku pake kara)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;50 gr keju cheddar untuk taburan&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;Cara bikinnya&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;1. Kocok mentega, margarine, dan gula hingga lembut, masukkan kuning telur, kocok sampai mengembang (sktr 5 mnt) matikan mikser.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;2. Masukkan keju dan santan, aduk rata.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;3. Masukkan sagu sedikit-sedikit sehingga cukup kental untuk bisa dispuit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;4. Semprot bentuk bintang/sesuai selera, taburi dengan keju cheddar di atasnya&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;5. Warna tidak mengkilat lagi, adonan terlihat kaku (keras) dan kering. Kalau mikser dimatikan, kemudian kocokan diangkat, adonan yang terangkat tidak jatuh lagi ke mangkuk, tapi tetap menunjuk ke atas. Di tahap ini adonan mudah mencair (terpisah), antara air di bagian bawah dan busa di bagian atas. Sedikit saja minyak tercampur dalam telur, adonan akan sulit naik.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;Bila disebutkan "kocok telur hingga kental/berjejak", artinya telur dikocok hingga putih dan kental, kocokan kue akan meninggalkan jejak pada adonan yang lama hilangnya. Atau jika kocokan diangkat, adonan akan jatuh membentuk pita.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;Ayak tepung di atas adonan telur. Mencampur tepung ke dalam adonan telur harus dilakukan perlahan-lahan, untuk menghindari kue menjadi liat. Usahakan arah adukan searah, atau aduk-balik.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;Mencairkan mentega/margarin tidak boleh sampai mendidih, karena akan menguapkan kadar air (yang membuat kue moist) dan merusak ikatan emulsinya. Mentega/margarin cukup dihangatkan asal cair saja. Matikan api sebelum mentega/margarin mencair seluruhnya. Sisa mentega/margarin akan mencair sendiri karena suhu hangat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;Mentega cair harus didiamkan hingga hangat sebelum dicampur ke dalam adonan telur.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;Mencampur mentega cair harus betul-betul merata dan seksama. Mentega yang tidak tercampur akan membentuk lapisan di bawah kue yang menyebabkan kue bantet. Usahakan spatula mencapai dasar mangkuk ketika mengaduk, untuk memastikan tidak ada mentega tertinggal di dasar mangkuk.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;Pada pembuatan butter cake, terkadang putih telur dikocok terpisah. Campur putih telur yang sudah kaku ke dalam adonan mentega, aduk balik dengan seksama. Pastikan tidak ada putih telur yang masih menggumpal, karena akan menyebabkan kue berongga besar. Jika putih telur mencair di bagian bawah, jangan ikutsertakan cairan ini, karena akan menyebabkan kue bantet. Cukup ambil busa putih telurnya saja.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Khusus untuk sponge cake&lt;/strong&gt;: Udara yang berlebih dalam adonan akan menyebabkan kue mengembang berlebihan dan mengempis di luar oven. Untuk meminimalkannya, banting loyang berisi adonan sebelum masuk ke oven. Jatuhkan loyang beberapa kali ke atas meja agar udara merata. Udara berlebih akan naik dan pecah di permukaan adonan. Teknik ini khusus untuk sponge cake,JANGAN lakukan pada butter cake karena akan membuat mentega cenderung berkumpul di bawah.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;Panaskan oven 10-15 menit sebelum adonan masuk. Oven yang dingin atau kurang panas ketika adonan masuk, akan menyebabkan kue turun lebih dahulu sebelum sempat mengembang, menyebabkan kue bantet.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;Pastikan suhu oven pas. Karena itu kenali oven anda dengan baik, dengan cara menggunakannya sesering mungkin dan mengamati perilakunya. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;Jangan buka pintu oven hingga paling tidak 3/4 waktu pemanggangan.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;Untuk memeriksa kematangan kue, lakukan tes tusuk,juga tekan sedikit permukaan kue, jika permukaan kering dan membal, kue sudah matang.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;Diamkan kue dalam loyang di atas rak sebentar (lk 10 menit). Balik kue ke atas rak, biarkan hingga dingin. Tapi yang paling bagus adalah bentuk pewarna yang berupa pasta atau gel (biasanya merk import seperti Wilton, dan harganya relatif lebih mahal dibandingkan pewarna merk lokal).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;Menyimpan adonan fondant yang belum terpakai atau sisanya, harus dibungkus plastik yang rapat atau kedap udara hingga saat digunakan. Dan diletakkan di tempat yang sejuk dan kering. Terigu jenis ini cocoknya buat bikin roti, mie, pastry dan pasta karena sifatnya yg elastis . &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Medium Wheat&lt;/strong&gt; (Terigu Protein Sedang) ato yg lebih dikenal ma terigu segitiga biru. Nah kalo yg jenis ini cocokya buat bikin donat, bakpau, bapel, panada atau aneka cake kukis (yg bertekstur lembut n lunak) dan muffin. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Soft Wheat&lt;/strong&gt; (Terigu Protein Rendah) yg lebih dikenal ma terigu Cap kunci biru. Tumis bumbu halus , lengkuas, daun salam. sereh dan cabe merah. sisihkan. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;2. Aduk rata, gunakan sendok kayu. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;Masukkan mentega, aduk dgn menggunakan pisau atau garpu supaya mentega terpotong².
